- We are very fast at producing or free estimates to our customers. We usually will have your estimate to you within 2-3 days via email and will also mail you out a copy.

Roofing & Gutters offers an 8-year comprehensive written labor warranty on all of our full roof replacement services, 1-year on roof repairs, 3-years on gutter replacements, and 2-years on gutter screens. The labor warranty will be on the estimate provided so you can have peace of mind knowing that your new roof and gutters are protected.
- Once a customer is ready to move forward, we are typically 1-3 weeks out on scheduling the work. However, this time frame may vary depending on the weather, material availability, and customers wanting to reschedule and requesting a specific start date. We will include a start date range on the estimate and will also call the customer with an exact start date.
- No, you do not need to be present for the roof or gutter estimate as we do not need on the inside of your home. We will leave a card and shingle samples at your front door and call you once we have sent you the roof estimate. We may need you available if we are evaluating a roof repair leak and need on the inside to track the leak.
- No, you do not need to be present for the roof or gutter replacement process as we do not need on the inside of your home. All we will need is full access to the driveway and a power outlet, most likely you will have a power outlet outside.
- Yes, our labor warranties are transferable in the event you sell your home. An admin transfer fee of $100.00 is required in order for us to transfer any remaining labor warranty to the new homeowner.
- Once we have installed your new roof we will email and mail you out an invoice. We give you a 12-day grace period to make a payment after receiving the invoice. You can then mail in a check or pay by credit card using the credit card form on the invoice or calling our office at 636-636-475-3835 to pay over the phone by credit card.

- Even though we do or best at a detailed clean up and use a magnet to help pick up nails, it is imposable to retrieve every single nail or piece of roof debris, especially if the roof debris had to be tossed to the ground due to bad access, or your home has a lot of foliage around it that we must pick threw. So, finding a few nails or some debris is common. If for some reason there is more than expected, please notify us.
- Yes, any leftover materials will be picked up within the next day or two. Sometimes there may be a bundle or two of shingles left over and you may keep them if ever needed for future repairs.
