Custome Check List Before Roof Replacement

 1) If you have a driveway, please remove all cars from the garage and driveway along with any boats, trailers, or any obstructions in the driveway as we will need full access to the driveway for material delivery, our dump trailer and equipment. (Don’t worry, we will give you a start date so you can be prepared)

2) Please move all surrounding breakables from around outside of your home that may potentially get broken such as patio furniture, BBQ grills, yard ornaments, etc.

3) We do not know what is inside your home, so please Secure any wall decor that may fall off walls from the vibrations of construction such as mirrors, pictures, etc.

4) Please unlock any gates to the yard as we will need access to clean up debris. 

5) Small debris may fall into your attic space and garage. We do not have access to these areas so if it is any concern, you can lay down a tarp or blanket to catch the small debris and protect any valuables in these areas.

6) Please cover any ponds or pools that may be close to the house to help prevent debris from falling in.

7) If you have pets that do not handle loud noise, have stress issues like anxiety, or not use to strangers, you may want to remove your pets from the home during construction day. Do not leave pets outside day of construction.
